Traveller Type: family with young children
  : First when we came the bed and pilow sheets were used and we told them and they brought us clean ones the next day. They were so not flexible in late check out. We told them we want a late check out because our flight is at night and in the beginning they said late check out fees applies after 4 pm and when I told them we will be leaving at 3 pm theno they said you have to pay late checkout fees of $250 then we told them at least let us leave our bags in the apartment till 3. And they wanted us to pay 200 for leaving our bags couple of hours.they were not helpful at all.e
